Stupid Hurts

My friend Matt has recently had the [tag]grand[/tag] [tag]opening[/tag] of his [tag]scooter[/tag] [tag]shop[/tag] “Magic City Scooters“. Since I have known him forever, and I hang around the place all the the time. I made it a point to be there for the shop’s grand opening.

Back when we first met this is what the acme building looked like.

Since then, it has come an amazingly long way. Thanks to an amazing amount of work on his part to look like this.

It was really nice to see Matt bouncing around like a proud parent, shaking hands, and hugging people, while returning warms smiles and congratulatory handshakes.

A few of my pictures are also hosted over in a Flickr account as well for a little more exposure. Today this picture received a Best Of Magic City nod.

Take a look at some of the other photos in that group, and you can see why I am proud of the distinction. Getting that also makes me want to get out and take increasingly better pictures.
